Doctors will tell you there is no osteopenia or osteoporosis pain. They, obviously, have neither! While you may not have actual bone pain, you likely are having nerve and muscle pain caused by the osteopenia. Try some gentle stretching, massage, warm or cold therapy (some folks do better with one or the other, so try both to see what gives you the most relief). If you PCP OKs it, perhaps some ibuprofen will help as well.

I hope you find relief soon❣
